RENTAL POLICY RECOMMENDATIONS

GENERAL RENTAL PROCEDURE
- Complete application with $40.00 non-refundable Credit Information and Criminal Check Fee per adult to be paid in Money Order of Cashier’s Check. A $600.00 amount payable to SMR Collections, in the form of a Money Order or Cashier’s Check is required with completed application. This $600.00 is applied to the security deposit.
- All occupants over 18 must execute application and if approved all must execute Residential Rental Agreement.
- Cross-Check identification with Driver’s License and Social Security Card
- Verify credit information with credit report. No prior evictions acceptable.
- Verification of employment with 2 current paycheck stubs, W-2 or 1099’s.
- Maximum 2 business day approval or denial with a complete application on file.
